Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of strategic planning in raising the performance of employees in Akakus Company. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the primary data were collected through the questionnaire as the main research tool. The stratified random sample method was used, as the questionnaires were distributed to a sample of (35) individuals, and (27) forms were retrieved. After examining the forms, no form was excluded, so the number of forms subject to analysis was (27) forms, which were coded, entered and analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the company's strategic vision is unclear and does not express its future direction. Many recommendations were made, including keeping pace with technological developments for their advantages that help
raise the level of employee performance.
